FAQs

General

DataManager is the platform through which the Iowa Assessments and CogAT are offered.

First-time users order 5-6 weeks ahead, and returning users order 4 weeks ahead. See above for more details.

For schools purchasing tests from BJU Press, the school administrator will be required to sign the Online Testing School User Agreement stating that all teachers who will administer the tests are qualified by meeting one of the following criteria

  • Have a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree OR
  • Be a teacher, certified by a state department of education to teach in a public school or other conventional school (homeschool or local association certification does not qualify) OR
  • Be or have been a full-time academic classroom teacher in a conventional school (not a homeschool)

Use the “Forgot your password?” option on the DataManager login page or contact BJU Press Testing & Evaluation for more help.

Policy

Sometimes a test publisher makes an agreement with a state department of education or a local school district granting them exclusive use of a particular form of the test for a limited period of time. In cases where the Form E test has an embargo, BJU Press Testing & Evaluation is prohibited from offering that particular form of the test to the area covered by the agreement. Contact us if your school is affected by an embargo.

Yes. Details will be covered during DataManager training.

  • Schools have the ability to change test dates for students, so students who miss testing can take the test at a later date.
  • If the students are testing outside the testing window, please notify us so that they can be included in the group report.

Unused tests will receive a 100% refund.

A student may be added to a test roster until two business days before your test date.
