General Instructions
If you receive any defective or damaged items, please call Customer Service at 800.845.5731 immediately. We will provide information about returning the items and obtaining replacements.
- Any shipping discrepancy must be reported within 10 days from receipt of the materials.
- Defective and damaged materials should be returned within 30 days of notifying BJU Press.
- Please retain all packing materials from damaged shipments for possible inspection.
- Please allow four weeks for returns to be processed.
- Each box needs to be packed tightly to prevent damage. Each box should not exceed 40 pounds in weight.
Books and materials may be returned subject to the following conditions:
- Prior approval from BJU Press has been obtained and the customer has contacted customer service to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns are made by the original purchaser.
- All returns will be assessed for a 10% restocking fee.
- Items returned after 90 days(120 days for overseas customers) will be charged an additional 10% restocking fee then and for each additional month past the deadline.
- Refunds will not be issued on materials returned to us after 12 months from the shipping/invoice date. All unacceptable materials will be disposed of without credit.
- Partial returns cannot be accepted on kits, sets or bundles.
- Items should be good salable condition (undamaged and unmarked),and must pass inspection before credit is issued.
- We recommend all material be insured by your carrier of choice with a
- copy of the packing slip or invoice in each box.
- On the packing slip or invoice, please indicate items being returned and
- note the quantity of each item.
- Returns for Trove items are limited and available only prior to October 31.
- Partial returns cannot be accepted on bundles (print/digital).
- Returns are not available for Trove digital items that have been distributed.

Return Shipping Guidelines
- If using the Service Package option, follow the Homeschool instructions.
- If using the Purchase option, order scoring before sending tests back to BJU Press.
- Student demographic information must be uploaded or sent electronically by email.
- Return only used consumable (write-in) materials. Keep all other items.
