- Iowa Assessments includes unique scores like the Quantile® Framework for Mathematics, Lexile® Framework for Reading for all grades, and predicted scores for SAT and ACT for grades 6–11.
- CogAT measures verbal, nonverbal, and figurative reasoning, and includes free practice tests upon request. (Schools must order CogAT materials before requesting these practice tests.)
Scoring
Purchasing scoring packets depends on which package you choose (listed below). For the Purchase package, scoring packets are purchased individually. For the Service package, scoring is included and does not need to be purchased separately.

Purchase Recommended
- Keep your materials and reuse them next year—purchase only what you need to supplement your test inventory.
- Yearly testing costs typically decrease after the first year.
- Price includes free standard shipping.*
- Your order ships shortly after you place it.**
- Purchase materials by the piece (student booklets, directions, scoring, etc.).
Service Package
- Ship everything back within 21 days after your order’s test date rather than storing and reusing materials.
- Pay a flat rate for each student you are testing, including as many directions as you need.
- Price includes free standard shipping.*
- Cost includes everything you need to test (even scoring).
- Shipping date based on test date (2–3 weeks in advance).**
*Return shipping is not included. Please use an insured, traceable carrier when returning your tests to protect the time and effort you have invested in your testing.
**Transit times begin when the shipment leaves the shipping department. Anticipate time for order processing, as well as weekends and holidays, even for rush shipping. Orders should be placed at least 2–4 weeks in advance to avoid rush shipping or late arrival. User agreements must be signed before the order can ship.
Test Administrator Qualifications
The school must follow the publisher’s guidelines for administering. Please review the test administrator qualifications for details.
Uses and restrictions:
- Designed for K5 Spring through grade 12
- Not available to public school students through BJU Press
- Should not be taken more than once in a 3-month period
