When does the Exchange Conference begin and end?
The dates for the next conference are July 16–18, 2024.
For in-person attendees, the Exchange Conference begins at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday and ends at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.
For virtual attendees, live-streamed sessions begin at 8:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday and end at 5:15 p.m. EDT on Thursday.
Recordings of the live streamed sessions will be available to all attendees for two additional weeks after the event.
How can I get to the Exchange Conference?
You are responsible for your own transportation during the week of the Exchange Conference.
Where are the workshops located?
All the workshops are being held on the campus of Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina.
What activities can I expect?
Each day you will be attending workshops of your choice and exchanging ideas with the presenters and other teachers and administrators.
What should I wear?
Business casual is appropriate at all functions. Since all the meeting rooms are air-conditioned and tend to be cool, we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket for your comfort. We also recommend comfortable walking shoes.
What event app will be used?
We will be using the Whova app. The event will be live in the app by the end of June 2024.
Can I earn CEUs?
Yes. Before and during the conference, we will provide instructions on how to get your certificates. Disclaimer: CEUs are provided through ACSI. Participants are responsible for determining whether CEUs are acceptable for their own state certification and accrediting organizations.

Where can I stay?
Check back in January for a list of hotels that will offer a discount for Exchange attendees.
Which meals will be provided at the conference?
Lunch and refreshments will be provided for you each day; however, you are responsible for your own breakfast and dinner.
Virtual Attendee FAQs
Can I watch sessions later if I’m unable to attend them live?
Yes, all live-streamed sessions will be available to watch in Whova for two weeks after the event ends.
Which sessions will be live-streamed?
A large selection of the in-person sessions will be available via live stream. Look for the updated list on our website in March 2024.
