The dates for the next conference are July 22–24, 2025.

For in-person attendees, the Exchange Conference begins at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday and ends at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.

For virtual attendees, live-streamed sessions begin at 8:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday and end at 5:30 p.m. EDT on Thursday.

Recordings of the live-streamed sessions will be available to all attendees through the end of August.

You are responsible for your own transportation during the week of the Exchange Conference.

All the workshops are being held on the campus of Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina.

Each day you will be attending workshops of your choice and exchanging ideas with the presenters and other teachers and administrators.

Business casual is appropriate for all functions. Since all the meeting rooms are air-conditioned and tend to be cool, we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket for your comfort. We also recommend comfortable walking shoes.

We will be using the Whova app. The event will be live in the app by the end of June 2025.

Yes. Before and during the conference, we will provide instructions on how to get your certificates. Visit the CEU page for more information. Disclaimer: CEUs are provided through ACSI. Participants are responsible for determining whether CEUs are acceptable for their own state certification and accrediting organizations.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided for you each day; however, you are responsible for your own breakfast and dinner.

Yes, all live-streamed sessions will be available to watch in Whova through the end of August.
