Excellent resourceI used this Bible Study with a neighbor who is a baby Christian and recently widowed. It was full of verses and sound advice. I felt that it did a good job of alternating verses of comfort with verses of challenge. It did not emphasize whether or not the deceased was saved, which in this case was good. I asked her today at the end of our study if it was helpful. She felt it definitely was. It was a perfect tool for this type of situation and could also be used easily for a more mature believer. I also really liked that it uses the KJV.

The Faces of GriefThough I am not in the midst of a grief situation, I felt the study was very valuable in covering the various stages and problems that loss creates. I was especially impressed with the use of scripture, the most important source of comfort. I ordered another copy and passed it on to a lady who had recently lost her husband.
