Rebates/Refunds | BJU Press Testing & Evaluation

Any unused (or partly used) Category 1 tests must be returned for a refund along with your used tests. Since your original costs include shipping, only the actual cost of materials is refundable for most orders.

If you return any Category 2 or 3 materials, you will qualify for a refund only if the materials arrive in new, reusable condition and any audiovisual products or software are unopened.

Please note that Stanford Previews and Iowa Message to Parents are nonrefundable.

The rebate will be issued only after all test materials have been returned to our office. If  you paid by check, you will be sent a rebate check as listed on the order form. All other rebates will be credited to the credit card used on the order.

To qualify for a rebate, ALL of the following criteria must be met.
