The pricing below represents Testing’s general policies. Testing reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds. Policies and pricings are subject to change without notice.

Fall Discount

Order your Stanford or Iowa Tests between September 1 and November 30, and enjoy a 10% discount! The discount applies to all Category 1 materials. No codes are needed—the discount will be applied automatically and will show in your shopping cart.

Tests must be postmarked for return (or refund) by December 31. Tests postmarked after the deadline will forfeit the discount and incur a late fee.

Group Rates

To qualify for a group rate, ALL of the following criteria must be met.

• All tests are ordered on a single order.
• All tests are paid with 1 check or credit card
• All tests are shipped at one time to a single address
• All tests are from the same test series/publisher
• All test results are sent at one time to a single address

Refunds

Any shipping discrepancies or damages/defects should be reported within 10 days from receipt of materials.

Generally, unused testing items receive a basic 75% refund. *

Exceptions

• Partially used achievement or learning abilities test—50% refund
• Combination test: any one of the tests not used—25% refund*
• Delinquent Tests
  
  • after 2 delinquent notices—maximum 50% refund
  • No refunds given after an order has been billed for late return
  • Writing Evaluations—90% refund

*Additional deductions will be made for damaged/lost books or answer documents.

BJU Press will mail a refund check to you or credit your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover account, depending on the method of payment you used for the order.
