- NASA.gov—An excellent source for exploration, and for many other topics as well as space
- PBS.org—The PBS site is a good place to begin looking for information about specific subjects. Keep in mind that there is a heavy influence of evolutionary science. You may be able to use ideas from the teacher's guides or from activities that are designed for use with the televised programs.
- NSTA.org—National Science Teachers Association-most of this information is accessed by subscription
- Howstuffworks.com—This is a great resource for learning about electrical and mechanical equipment and other things. It is written for students, but is also helpful for teachers.
- Soy Ohio—Click on the education section for soy related activities.
- Environmental Kids Club—Science information presented in a kid-friendly format
- USDA for Kids—Huge site covering many different areas of science
- Brainpop.com—Site that includes information about science as well as other subjects, and provides homework help
