As the school year starts up, it is important to stay healthy. Viruses are spread by germs, tiny germs that we can’t see, but they get into our bodies and make us sick. To help protect against germs, it is good not to share drinks or touch your face, and one of the best things you can do is wash your hands often. Good hand washing often can help keep you from both getting and spreading germs. And remember, if you start to feel ill this year, be sure to tell your parents right away so that they can help you start feeling better right away.
