The Quieting a Noisy Soul Discipleship Program by Jim Berg provides a roadmap out of turmoil for the struggling believer. Sounds of guilt, anxiety, anger, and despair can generate overwhelming noise in our souls. The quiet rest and joy promised by the Lord Jesus can seem elusive, and almost impossible. Yet His words, “Come unto me, all ye that . . . are heavy laden, and I will give you rest,” are still true. For anyone experiencing panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, or destructive behaviors, these biblical truths will bring peace. The program, taught by Jim Berg, includes 4 DVDs with 24 half-hour video sessions, a softbound syllabus and study guide Taking Time to Quiet Your Soul, an MP3 CD of all 24 sessions, and a meditation CD with Scripture, music, and relaxation exercises.

My wife and I went through the series on our own during a time of "sabbatical" due to my health. The Lord used Dr. Berg to not only help us make sense of what God was doing in the trial, but to grow us closer together and closer to the Lord. It was truly life changing for both of us. Thank you, Dr. Berg for providing this tremendous material!

Rated 5 out of 5 by VickiB This program has been very helpful to many people at our church.
I personally went through this program and I knew I had to share it with the ladies in our church. Everyone who has gone through the program has made life changes. We first presented it maybe five years ago and they still refer to lessons learned. I have even had struggling ladies ask to go through it again. The program's progression is very well thought out and organized. The Biblical application is relevant and personal. Dr. Berg has a way of painting pictures that everyone can understand. The program is a lot of work but the benefits are life-changing.
