Look inside this book
Bible Truths 5: Living in God's Love Teacher's Edition (3rd ed.) helps teachers foster a Christian worldview in their elementary students while introducing more abstract spiritual growth concepts such as God’s judgment and grace, holiness, set-apartness, and the foundations for Christian living. The Teacher’s Edition includes scripturally supported overviews of key biblical doctrines , a detailed, daily lesson plan, music and texts for each unit hymn and song, supplemental read-aloud stories, unit review activity sheets, reproducible learning activity pages, instructions for individualized learning activities, and a glossary of biblical terms. Lessons also integrate the missionary story Mik-Shrok and the application novel, Songbird. (Novels sold separately.)
The following resources are available at

Bible Truths for Christian Growth (BTCG) are questions and answers regarding scriptural truths. They teach children what the Bible teaches, directing them to know and love God, and to make right decisions that honor God. The set of BTCG questions included in the Grade 1 Student Worktext has been revised to an age-appropriate number.

Please see the Grade 1 listing of the revised BTCG questions and answers for the current age-appropriate wording.

Bible Truths 5 Teacher's Edition (3rd ed.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 3 out of 5 by average The Bible curriculum before this was heavy in Biblical teaching with little application. Younger grades were "stuck" in the OT and wandered the wilderness most of the year before making it to the Promised land. BJU is heavy into application and not very deep Biblically. I find that it is easy to use, but I'm guessing the students also find it "easy" and not super deep or thought provoking. The Bible memory verses are random and all over the Bible, so this year I am doing my own Bible memory in guiding the students to memorize a chapter in the Bible. September 28, 2015
