With Daring Faith by Rebecca Davis is the biography of Christian missionary Amy Carmichael. This biography begins in England when Amys mother tells her young daughter that God gave her brown eyes for a reason. Later, Amy was a Christian missionary first Japan and then in India. The Hindu women had many questions for Amy, but they had little interest in her God. Amy would find her place of ministry caring for the thousands of Hindu children, children whose eyes were as brown as the eyes Amy had once wished were blue. This biography is the first childrens book to cover the entire life of Amy Carmichael.
