Finding Your Account Info

If you have a BJU Press account (i.e. you've placed an order before by phone or mail) but have never ordered online, you can use your account information to log in to bjupress.com.

Note: If you have ordered online before, but do not remember your User ID or Password, they can be retrieved from our "Forgotten User ID/Password Page."

Your Default User ID

The default User ID is your BJU Press Account Number.

Your Account Number can be found on:

  • Packing slips from previous shipments ("Sold To" number)
  • Invoices
  • Mailing labels - If you've received a catalog from BJU Press, look at the mailing label. Your account number is on the first line. Drop any initial zeros and any letters or dashes after the number.

Your Default Password

Your default password depends on the style of your account number.

If your account is...

1–7 digits long

  • and your mailing address is in the USA: the default password is your zip code
  • and your mailing address is in Canada: the default password is your postal code including the space
  • and your mailing address is International: the default password is the first five letters of your last name (all lowercase without any spaces or punctuation)

8 digits long

Changing the default User ID and Password

  • After you log in, it is important to change your password. The strongest passwords are a combination of letters (a mix of lowercase and uppercase), numbers, and symbols (things like ! @ # $ % ^ & *). Just make sure you use something that you can remember. :)
  • You may also change your username to something that is easy for you to remember

To change your User ID and Password:

  • Click on "My Account" above the "search" box
  • Select the "Member Profile" link
  • In the User ID box, enter what you would like. If the User ID is already in use by someone else, the system will let you know.
  • Enter your new Password in the Password box, and again in the "Verify Password" box
  • Scroll down to the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page
  • You will be returned to the "My Account" page. Be sure to remember your new User ID and Password!
