How do I find my bjupress.com account number?
Your BJU Press account number can be found:
- On your account home page after logging in to your bjupress.com account
- On packing slips from previous shipments
- On invoices
- On mailing labels—If you have received a mailing (catalog or brochure) from BJU Press, your account number is on the first line. Be sure to drop any initial zeros and any letters or dashes after the number.
What if I forgot my password?
Your password can be automatically reset in one of three ways:
If you have already registered with us on the sign in page click the link I forgot my password, and enter your email address to have a temporary password emailed to you. Please make sure that bjupinfo@bjupress.com is in your trusted contacts in your email box.
You can also contact Customer Service by phone or email, and a representative will reset your password. You will receive an email with a new password. Please make sure that bjupinfo@bjupress.com is in your trusted contacts in your email box.
What if my password or user ID does not work?
There are a couple of things you can try first:
- The login system is case sensitive. Be sure your caps lock key is off.
- Be sure there are no spaces at the beginning or end or embedded within your login id or password.
- If you received an email with a temporary password, try copying and pasting the information from the email.
Why am I getting a STOP sign when I try to create an account, and what should I do?
Our system found an account that is very similar to the information you have entered. If you already have an account with BJU Press, creating an additional account could hinder Customer Service in providing you support.
If you have an account with BJU Press, follow the link to look for your existing account by entering your email address, and a temporary password will be sent to you. If you do not have an account with BJU Press, you may continue to create a new account.

How do I order a free catalog?
You can order a catalog online on our catalogs page. You will be required to login to your account to complete your order.
From that page, you can also download a .pdf file of any of our catalogs or order forms.
Can I access my account balance online?
Your current and past orders are available for viewing and tracking online. However, your overall account balance is not available at this time.
Can I check my Cash for College balance online?
Yes, you can. You have to be logged in to see the balance. If you are logged in right now, click Your Account at the top of this page and your balance will be listed.
How do you protect my privacy?
Customer Information Protection
Bjupress.com uses the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All your ordering information, (including your name, address, and credit card number) is encrypted using a secure server which provides maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. To ensure that your information is even more secure, once we receive your credit card information we store it on a server that is not accessible from the Internet. Also, when you place future orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. By using Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) all of the information that you input is encrypted before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

How do I get the discounted prices I was offered?
If you are setup as a church, school, or business account, you get discounted pricing automatically when you place your order either by phone, email or online. However, if you were offered a special or discounted price that is not listed on bjupress.com, you must contact Customer Services to secure these discount. If you have a coupon you must mail it to Customer Service to be applied to an order.
What is your returns policy?
Books and materials purchased must be returned by the original purchaser, following these guidelines.
What methods of payment do you accept?
BJU Press accepts personal checks, Money Orders, as well as Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Credit Cards.
I'm having trouble searching for the information I need.
You can search the bjupress.com website in a variety of ways. You can search by keyword phrase, item title, author, item description, item number or ISBN number. When searching, it may help to use the following guidelines:
- By item title: use only the major words in the title; you can omit words such as “The” or “A”
- By author: use “John Adams” or “Adams” but not “Adams, John”
- By Item description: use a keyword in the product’s catalog description (for example, “treasure”)
- By Item Number: Use the entire six-digit number (e.g., searching for 043182 will go straight to the product page for The Treasure of Pelican Cove)
- By ISBN Number: You may include the dashes (0-86084-464-X) or not (089084464X). (Note: leading and trailing white space and differences in case do not affect the search results.)
How can I view a Scope & Sequence online?
The Scope and Sqequence, an overview of BJU Press materials for three-year-olds through grade 12, is available as a free downloadable pdf.
How long should it take for a catalog to arrive?
Your catalog will be mailed via USPS and will take approximately
7-10 days to arrive in U.S. locations
2-3 weeks to Canada
4-6 weeks to foreign countries
How long does it take for delivery of an order?
Delivery time is based on your location and your selected shipping method. For standard shipping please allow 7-10 business days for the arrival of your order. Please see the shipping chart below for further information.

Any shipping discrepancies or damages/defects must be reported within 10 days from receipt of the materials and should be returned within 30 days after notifying BJU Press. How do I track my order?
You will need to log in to the website in order to view or track orders online. If you are logged in right now, click My Account at the top of this page. Under the Track Orders bullet, you can type your order number, then click the Search button. If you do not have your order number, clicking View All Orders will show you a summary of your past orders. Select an order, then click the yellow track button and then click on the tracking number.
