How can I get to The Exchange Conference?

You are responsible for your own transportation during the week of The Exchange Conference. However, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from Bob Jones University and Drury Inn & Suites®, Hyatt Place®, and La Quinta® Inns & Suites. Please see the Hotels page for details.

Where are the workshops located?

All of the workshops are being held in the Alumni Building and Stratton Hall on the Bob Jones University campus.. If you're having trouble finding your way around BJU, please view the campus map.

Will there be Internet access at the conference?

Bob Jones University will be providing free Wi-Fi during the week of The Exchange. Connection information will be announced at the conference.

What kinds of activities can I expect?

Each day you will be attending workshops of your choice and exchanging ideas with the presenters and other teachers and administrators. There will also be an opportunity to take a tour after lunch on Thursday. You will need to sign up for the tour you desire to attend.

What should I wear?

  • Business casual is appropriate at all functions.
  • Since all the meeting rooms are air-conditioned and tend to be cold, we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket for your comfort.
  • Comfortable walking shoes are encouraged.

Can I register my school as a group?

Yes, Eventbrite® provides an option for a group registration.

When will I receive instructions about the BJU Press Event App?

Prior to the conference you will receive an email containing the instructions for downloading the app. If you have any questions concerning the app, please email Chris Taylor at

Food & Lodging

Where can I stay?

Check out the Hotels page to find links to local hotels with special rates for our guests. As noted above, BJU Press will provide a shuttle service between Bob Jones University and Drury Inn & Suites®, Hyatt Place®, and La Quinta® Inns & Suites.

Which meals will be provided at the conference?

Lunch will be provided for you each day at Bob Jones Academy; however, you are responsible for your own breakfasts and dinners. All the hotels we have suggested provide a continental breakfast. You may also wish to visit these Greenville restaurants.

Are accommodations available for someone with food allergies?

When registering online for the conference, please answer the questions relating to food allergies.

Payment & Billing

Can my school use its school account number to pay for registration?

No, all payments will be securely processed through Eventbrite® using a major credit card (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover®).

If I have to cancel, how can I receive a refund?

All refund requests need to be directed to Diana Philbrick by emailing or calling 877.238.2125 (Eventbrite® does not handle reimbursement for cancellations.). Cancellations after July 9, 2018 will incur a $50 fee.
