The hard drive can be installed on multiple computers as long as each computer meets the system requirements. If the computer does not meet the system requirements, the Distance Learning program may appear to install, but it will not be fully operational.

Before installing the Distance Learning program make sure the date and time is correct on the computer (double-check day, month, and year).

If you use logins on the computer, the user must have full administrative rights in order to install and use the Distance Learning program. If logins are not used, this is not a concern.

The Distance Learning program installs minimal files on your computer's hard drive, which will not take up system resources from your computer ’s normal operation. All class files remain on the external hard drive we provide.

The hard drive must be connected to the computer via USB cable and powered on in order to view the Distance Learning programs.
