Can more than one student use the same hard drive?
Yes, but it is good for each student to have his/her own textbooks.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is necessary.
Can I pay monthly?
No, you will need to pay once.
What if my electricity goes out?
During any electrical storm, you should turn off your personal computer and the hard drive. If the electricity goes out while the hard drive is functioning, you will have to turn the device back on once power is restored and resume wherever you left off.

How long can I keep it?
The hard drive is yours for thirteen months. We ask that you send it back to us in the original box.
