Important note: Your Smart Card must remain in your receiver at all times.

What Version of Software Do You Have?

The version of software you have installed on your receiver will determine what help you will need. Before proceeding further, find out which version you have.

To determine which version of software you have,

- Press MENU and the main menu will appear.

- Press OK on System Settings.

- Press OK on System Status.

- Look for S/W ID or S/W Ver. to see what version you have.

- Once you determine your software version, click on the appropriate link for troubleshooting help.
