The best guide for installing is the Installation Manual. If you have receiver model 9001l-h, please use Installation Manual Revision I. If you have a receiver model 8600, please use Installation Manual Revision K. For all other receiver models, please use Installation Manual Revision G.

Checking the Dish Setup

We suggest you connect a small TV and the receiver outside near the dish while pointing. To lock on our signal and download the channels, you need to be in the “Manual Searching” screen. Using your remote:
- Press MENU and the Main Menu will appear.
- Press CH – to choose the Installation menu.
- Press OK and the Installation menu will appear.
- Enter PIN code (0000).
- Press OK on Service Searching.
- Press CH – to choose the Manual Searching menu.
- Press OK and the Manual Searching menu will appear.
