Course Description

K5 Math uses an easy, stress-free approach to math. This method builds a foundation of math concepts without pressure for mastery. Mrs. Franklin demonstrates the use of manipulatives to develop number sense and to introduce time and money skills and fractions.

	The Worktext provides two teacher-directed pages to review the skills taught in the lesson and to give individual help where needed. While emphasizing the farm themes introduced in the lessons, the book provides a variety of activities. A chapter review, a cumulative review, and a note to the parent are included.

Meet the Instructor

Mrs. Janelle Franklin, BS, MS

Mrs. Franklin has worked with children from primary through high school. She loves teaching and is excited that the Lord has given her the opportunity to serve in this ministry. "My goal is to instill in each child a love for learning and to teach truths about God at the same time."
