Course Description

Heritage Studies 4 brings to life great movements and events in American history from the late 1700s through the early 1900s. Lessons examine immigration, evangelists and missionaries, inventions, the Industrial Revolution, and economics, as well as the Boer War and the Boxer Uprising.

Mrs. Tawnja Van Reijn Schaffner, BS, MEd

Mrs. Schaffner has previously taught all the elementary grades. "I grew up on the mission field of the Netherlands. I have wanted to be a teacher from the time I was nine years old. I am grateful to the Lord for allowing the desires of my heart to become a reality.
