For pickup orders at the Press Distribution Center, there will be a handling fee (95 cents minimum per box). Please allow 4 business days for pick up. Orders not picked up within 2 weeks of date given for pickup will be returned to stock. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. We will bill the difference if actual shipping costs exceed estimated amount. |
